Black River Landing Live Cam

This camera looks straight at the Rockin’ on the River stage, 24 hours a day. Check the crowd before you leave the house or watch the sunset over the bridge. The feed is video only — there is no audio, because YouTube’s copyright rules don’t allow live performances and music to be streamed with sound.

About the venue

Black River Landing

Black River Landing is Lorain’s waterfront event venue, set where the Black River meets Lake Erie. It is home to Rockin’ on the River, the July 4th fireworks, festivals and community events, and it is owned and operated by the Lorain Port & Finance Authority.

What you’re seeing

The camera faces north across the lawn to the permanent stage, with the Charles Berry Bascule Bridge behind it — the second largest bascule bridge in the world.

The stage

A permanent covered stage on the river’s edge, with open lawn seating. Bring a chair or a blanket; the lawn fills from the front on show nights.

Show nights

Gates open at 5:30 PM. The opener goes on first, and the main act follows — watch the cam to see how the lawn is filling in before you head down.

Getting there

421 Black River Lane, Lorain. Parking is free, and the free water taxi runs between Lakeside Marina, the Lorain Brewery and the Landing on show nights.
