Weather Policy

Concerts happen in most conditions. If severe weather moves in, here’s exactly how we’ll keep everyone safe and what it means for your show.

In the event of severe weather conditions, we will announce instructions from the stage based on the weather alerts. On-site staff and security members will direct you to areas of shelter — we ask that you seek shelter in a safe and orderly manner. In the event of prolonged or dangerous weather conditions, we may need to discontinue a performance.

Watch the stage

Announcements come from the stage and on-site staff. Please stay attentive and follow their direction.

Seek shelter calmly

If we call for it, move to the directed shelter areas in a safe, orderly way — no need to rush.

The show may pause

In prolonged or dangerous conditions, a performance may be shortened or stopped for everyone’s safety.

Refunds. We regret that refunds are not possible, even in the event of inclement weather.

Rescheduled shows. If a show has to be moved to another date, ticket holders are notified by email and your existing ticket still works — the same QR code scans on the new date. See the full concert rules & policies.
